      Are my files uploaded?

      Image, GIF and most PDF work happens in your browser. Document conversions will state clearly when a secure server is needed.

      Why do document conversions need a service?

      Preserving Word and PowerPoint layouts accurately requires a document rendering engine, which cannot reliably run in every browser.
